1. Enrollment and Eligibility
By applying to the Just Holster It Affiliate Program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Reasons for rejection may include, but are not limited to, sites that promote sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
2. Commission and Payouts
- Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a percentage of the net sale (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns) for every successful referral.
- Tracking: Referrals are tracked via the Solid Affiliate system using unique affiliate links and cookies. If a customer clears their cookies or uses a different browser, the sale may not be trackable.
- Payment Schedule: Payouts are typically processed via PayPal or Store Credit.
- Minimum Payout: A minimum balance of $20 must be reached before a payout is issued.
3. Promotional Guidelines
We want you to succeed, but we require all affiliates to maintain the integrity of the Just Holster It brand:
- FTC Disclosure: You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship to your audience in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., “I may earn a commission from links in this post”).
- Prohibited SEM/PPC: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on “Just Holster It” or variations of our trademarked name in search engine marketing (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- No Spam: You may not use “spam” or unsolicited commercial emails to promote your links.
4. Termination
Either party has the right to terminate this agreement at any time. If an affiliate violates these terms—particularly through fraudulent activity or “self-referral” (buying through your own link)—we reserve the right to terminate the account and void any accrued commissions.
5. Relationship of Parties
Affiliates are independent contractors. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the affiliate and Just Holster It.
