Just Holster It offers a Lifetime Warranty on our holsters. If your holster becomes damaged or unusable for any reason at any time, we will perform the necessary repairs or replacement at no cost to you. In the rare and unlikely event that you have received a piece of gear that is incorrect or defective out of the box, we will cover all shipping costs necessary to replace the product.
Over time your holster may become worn from continuous use. Because we hope you love your holster and use it all of the time the Just Holster It Lifetime Warranty covers damages caused from continuous use such as cracks in the gun shell, broken belt clips, or worn out eyelets, reset of retention or screws, etc. The fee for this service is simply the cost of return shipping to the customer.
Damage by means other than normal use are not covered under this warranty, however we also offer repair service for all of our holsters should your holster be damaged due to other reasons besides normal operational use. Just Holster It is the only company that gives you two options for Returns. We realize sometimes you are ok with a standard return policy, but many times you would like to know you are protected completely. So we offer to return policy options to fit your needs on all purchases from our website (excludes other websites such as Ebay, Bonanaza, etc).
20 Day Standard Return Policy
Provides for an unconditional returns within 20 days of receiving the order. For a full refund less return shipping and original shipping cost, please return your gear in undamaged condition with original paperwork. With this option we cannot accept returns or exchanges outside of the 20-day period. After 20 days there is a 25% restocking fee for any returns of undamaged products received between 20-45 days. After 45 days products cannot be returned for a Refund. For returns from in store purchases at one of our many dealers please refer to their return.
Holsters that are custom made with color or accessories such as lights and lasers are NOT returnable.
All holsters are shipped loose from the factory. In addition, we have designed our holsters so that when they are not being worn they will appear to be loose. This design is so as to not put un-necessary retention on the slide or barrel of your gun creating wear marks. Instead, the retention is designed into the trigger guard portion of the holster. Once placed into the wear position inside your waistline you will see the holster will lock the gun in. If you note it is still loose once in the belt and holster your firearm, testing the retention then simply adjust the retention screw one turn and try again. If there is still not enough tension we recommend tightening the tension screws as desired. This could be one or two screws depending on the size of the handgun. These screws are located directly below the trigger. If two screws are used adjust them evenly. Also note over tightening can cause excess friction on your gun surface. If the gun is too tight please contact our office immediately.
***Please note it is highly recommended that during this fitting process you ensure the handgun is completely unloaded and inspect the chamber to ensure there is no rounds in the chamber.

You’ll automatically get an email with a tracking number from the USPS when your order ships. Please be sure to check your spam folder as it may end up in there based on your settings.
Yes! Email us at [email protected] a copy of some documentation verifying your employment. An ID is preferred, as long as it doesn’t violate the policy of your organization. If it does, any other reasonably official documentation will suffice. Upon receipt of your proof we will email you a discount code that will be good for one use off your total purchase, this code will be good for 48 hours.
Please don’t just enter the code and try to snag a discount if you’re not LEO. Your order will be cancelled and refunded, minus a 10% fee.
We Pride ourselves on our shipping time frame, we work very hard to keep the wait times as low as possible. Typically it takes 1-2 days for most orders to ship, however at times it may take a couple extra days. Sometimes it takes a little longer, depending on demand, moment to moment. We will work hard to meet your shipping needs.
We typically ship via USPS or FEDEX and please note we have no control over the post office. If you see a delay in your delivery we recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking number first.
