We stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below before initiating a return.

30-Day Return Window for Stock Products

We accept returns and exchanges on stock, non-custom products for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the stock product must be:

  • In new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • Returned in its original packaging..

Unless the product is defective the shipping cost and original shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Even though we provide Free Shipping, should you choose to return the product you will be responsible for the return shipping as well as the original shipping. This will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable / Custom Products

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-Made Products: Any holster or accessory built with selected colors of material or that is designed for a firearm with accessories (such as lasers or lights).
  • Clothing and Fabric Items: This includes shirts, hats, webbing, or any other fabric-based apparel or gear.
  • Gift cards.

Condition of Returned Items

  • No Refund for Damage: If the returned item is damaged in any way (including signs of wear, misuse, or alteration), a refund will not be issued.
  • Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If a non-refundable item is returned damaged, the customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to them if they wish to have it returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Please contact our customer service team at [Insert Email Address or Link to Return Form] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
